Homework Policy
How Homework Works
Homework is given from Kindergarten upwards and is designed to reinforce what was taught in class, not to introduce new material.
Kindergarten and lower primary pupils receive short tasks of about 20 to 30 minutes. Upper primary and JHS pupils should expect up to an hour on most weekdays.
Parents are encouraged to provide a quiet space and check that homework is completed, but should allow the child to do the work themselves.
Homework is marked and returned promptly, and repeated failure to submit homework is communicated to parents.
